This one is for the silks nerds! 🤓

If you’ve ever wanted to move from blindly following instruction to truly understanding the mechanics of wraps, this workshop is for you!

Ideal for level 2-3 and above students wanting to take their silks practice to the next level. The workshop will be a mix of theory and practical work to help you understand wraps from a technical view, allowing you to build your skill and confidence in combining skills, working through longer and complex sequences and training safely!

PRE-REQUISITE: Must be able to confidently invert in the air between the silks.

Workshop passes are strictly non-refundable but can be transferred to another student or a later workshop if required due to unforeseeable circumstances.
