L2 Fabric Flow: Suitable for PRE-INTERMEDIATE and above students after completing L1 class or previous aerial fabrics training..
Learn a short aerial choreography on either silks or hammock (new mini routine alternating between silks and hammock each week) combining your aerial skills set to music.
TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene. Socks are also to be worn for hammock.
