L3 Silks: Suitable for INTERMEDIATE level students after completing L2/L2-3 Silks class or equivalent aerial silks training.

PRE-REQUISITES:

1. Fan Hip Key/Lock

2. Side Straddle Invert In Air

Enjoy the spin and flow of our aerial silks class. Connect stunning poses seamlessly with interesting transitions to create a fun and flowing mini sequence.

TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene.
