L1-2 Fabrics (Silks & Hammock): Suited to BEGINNER to PRE-INTERMEDIATE students.

PRE-REQUISITES

Preferably have completed a L1 class before.

This aerial arts based class involves a warm up and stretching, skill and technique acquisition/training resulting in the creation of a short sequence (flow) and finishes with some light conditioning.

TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to be worn to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene. Socks are also required for hammock.

12-hr cancellation policy applies.
