L2-3 Hammock & Lyra for PRE-INTERMEDIATE-INTERMEDIATE students after completing L1 Hammock/Lyra or equivalent.

Enjoy the spin and flow of our aerial arts hammock & lyra class. Connect stunning poses seamlessly with interesting transitions to create fun and flowing mini sequences.

TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to be worn to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene. Socks are also required for hammock.
