L2 Hammock: Suitable for PRE-INTERMEDIATE AND ABOVE students after completing L1 or L1-2 Hammock class/course or equivalent.

Enjoy the spin and flow of our aerial hammock class. Connect stunning poses seamlessly with interesting transitions to create a fun and flowing mini sequence.

TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to protect underarms and waist from hammock burn, and socks for hammock hygiene.
