Absolute Beginner 4-Week Intro to Aerial Arts Course (Start Anytime!)

This is our 4-week course providing an introduction into our core aerial apparatus (Hammock, Lyra, Trapeze, and Silks) for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS or those wanting to review the fundamentals of Aerial Arts. You can start anytime as each class is a separate apparatus, you just book and complete 4 classes in a row.

TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene. Socks are also to be worn for hammock.
