L2 Bar Skills (Lyra & Trapeze)

Designed for PRE-INTERMEDIATE students and is suitable if you have completed any L1 lyra/trapeze class or equivalent.

This aerial arts based class involves a warm up and stretching, skill and technique acquisition/training resulting in the creation of a short sequence (flow) and finishes with some light conditioning.

TO BRING - It is a good idea to wear full-length leggings to help protect the backs of your knees and legs.
