SUITABLE FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS AND ABOVE!
This class provides an introduction into a variety of our core aerial apparatus (Hammock, Lyra, Silks and Dance Trapeze) for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS and above.
TO BRING: T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene. Socks are also to be worn for hammock.
