Elevate: Mobility & Recovery for Aerials
A workshop designed to dig deep into mobility and flexibility. You will dive into intense stretching, myofascial release techniques, and yin yoga to help understand your flexibility and limitations and to learn how to work with them to improve your aerial practice and recovery.
You will combine release of muscle and fascial tightness, stretching, and long deep holds with the philosophy of finding and creating stillness and space in body and mind.
You will leave with self-treatment tools and skills to help with tightness and soreness, and a deeper understanding of the anatomy and physiology of flexibility.
The perfect complement to your aerial practice. Accessible for all, from “I can’t cross my legs” to “I am working on my over-split”
*Bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a towel
