Take your aerial training to the next level with our small-group Aerial Fit class!

This dynamic class is designed to strengthen and condition the muscles you rely on most for aerials, helping you build endurance, power, and control in your movement.

Using a combination of body weight exercises, dumbbells, and targeted aerial drills, you will develop the strength, stability, and cardiovascular fitness needed to perform your aerial skills and sequences with ease.

The class is designed to cater for ALL fitness levels, whether you are an aerialist looking to level up, are a newbie working on strength, or you just want a fun, full-body workout; this class will challenge and energise you!

Only an open training/floor-based class pass required!!
